SUITABLE FOR MOTORSPORT OR TRACK DAYS. Direct replacement for the catalytic convertor, which is required for road use, however sports cats are in stock.

Bolts onto the original system for easy DIY fitment. This will fit the Z16XER and Z18XER engine & system perfectly in the mk5 ASTRA H models. Approx 15mins to fit, after the standard manifold has been removed.

Performance manifolds, systems and sport boxes available in mild steel or 304 stainless. Please note we produce three primariy sizes for the Z16XER / Z18XER, 1 1/2", 1 5/8" and 1 3/4. This is one has 1 1/2 primaries.

We tailor make the exit diameter to suit the system you have, either 2", 2 1/4" or 2 1/2. 4 into 1 de-cat manifold.

Mandrel bent 1 1/2 primaries. 2" collector ideal for a 2" system.
