We've made this system using 2.5" stainless steel pipe and mandrel bends and finished it with 5" by 3 letterbox style tailpipe, giving you a freeflowing exhaust with no restrictions. With a low-end of mid-sport set-up, this exhaust is perfect for those of you who want more performance and a more responsive Astra but without the overpowering drone of the exhaust. This type of exhaust box reduces the sound level with intersections & sound absorption material. This gives a negative effect on the travelling direction speed of the gases causing them to slow down & delay the process. With our free-flow exhausts gases are emitted quickly, hence the noticeable performance gains. Made from T304 stainless steel.
